iconic Olympia London, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and
enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to join our team from 1st
of October 2025.
About the Role
We are
seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our
front-of-house team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the
restaurant. This hands-on leadership role involves overseeing service quality,
managing staff, controlling costs, and delivering an exceptional guest
experience in line with our brand standards.
The ideal
candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a
proven ability to drive both team performance and customer satisfaction.
What
We’re Looking For:
* 2+
years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role
* Strong leadership and people
management skills
* Excellent communication and
problem-solving abilities
* Deep understanding of hospitality
best practices and customer service principles
* Excellent organizational and
multitasking abilities
* Experience working in fast-paced,
high-volume environments with ability to remain calm and professional in
high-pressure environments
Key
Responsibilities
* Oversee
daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service
* Maintain
high standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout
the restaurant
* Recruit,
train, schedule, and manage restaurant team
* Foster
a positive, professional, and productive work environment
* Ensure
compliance with food safety, health & safety regulations
* Ensure
excellent guest service and prompt resolution of any restaurant-related
issues
* Monitor
and respond to guest feedback, implementing improvements as needed
