Production Manager Required - 6 month contract Our client is a global, market leader in the design, development and manufacturing of drinks dispensing products. On behalf of our client, we are looking to recruit a Production Manager Support. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Production Manager in delivering efficient production operations. Assisting with coordinating manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, maintaining production schedules, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This is a 6 month contract, working hours are Monday-Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am-1pm based on their site in Chorley. Package: 25 days holiday bank holidays (pro-rata) Up to £40,000 (pro-rata) Company pension schemeProduction Manager (6 Month Contract) - Responsibilities: Assist in preparing risk assessments and attending health & safety meetings. Support production departments to ensure items are planned, produced, and delivered to meet customer demands. Help ensure production is efficient and meets agreed quality standards. Liaise with production teams to organize workflow and resolve issues promptly. Supervise, monitor, and evaluate the performance of production personnel. Determine and allocate resources required to meet production targets. Enforce health and safety regulations across production areas. Plan and monitor site maintenance activities.
