Your new role
As thepanymercial Property Bookkeeper, you will play a key role in managing the financial health of the business. This is a hands-on position where you’ll oversee day-to-day accounting tasks and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping and ledger management
2. VAT returns andpliance
3. Cash flow monitoring and forecasting
4. Supporting year-end accounts
5. Advising on financial efficiency and cost control
6. Check e-mails and respond as necessary
7. Print supplier invoices
8. Check bank accounts and ensure all payments are reconciled correctly.
9. Open new bank accounts
10. Cashbook control

This jobes with flexible working. Thepany can amodate either a full-timemercial Property Bookkeeper or someone on a part-time basis happy to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. Thepany will also provideplete industry-specific training. The job alsoes with 25 days holiday + stats and a statutory pension scheme.
