Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, friendly and customer centric Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, 5 star customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
* Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
* Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette.
* Manage the reception area, maintaining a tidy and welcoming environment.
* Perform clerical duties including data entry and filing.
* Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and postal mail.
* Utilise medical software package for record keeping and client management as needed.
* Support medical staff with administrative tasks as required
* Maintain an organised system for tracking incoming and outgoing documents.
* Having some skills at social media marketing would be an advantage
* Maintain patient and company confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
* Proven experience in an administrative, clinic or office role or
* Proven experience in Hospitality, Hotel or Restaurant would also be desirable
* Proficient in using computerised office applications.
* Proficient in Math able to calculate basic sums / percentages.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A keen eye for detail and accuracy in all tasks undertaken.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
