Are you an experienced Tutor who thrives on helping young people reach their potential? We're looking for passionate individuals to provide personalised tuition to learners with a wide range of needs, from Primary age through to Post-16. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work part-time or full-time during school hours (Monday to Friday). You'll be delivering bespoke sessions in English and Maths, tailored to each learner's unique profile. Who You'll Be Supporting: Our learners may have a variety of needs, including: Special Educational Needs (SEN) Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) challenges Autism (ASD), ADHD, PDA Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD) Global Learning Delay Trauma and medical conditions As a Tutor, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, personalised English and Maths sessions. Support learners with a broad spectrum of additional needs. Adapt your teaching style to suit individual learning goals and challenges. Build strong, supportive relationships with learners and their families. Maintain professional standards and uphold safeguarding responsibilities. About You: You have experience working with learners who have SEN and complex needs. You're confident in creating and delivering tailored educational content. You're flexible, empathetic, and committed to inclusive learning. You're available during school hours, Monday to Friday.
