Our school is located in the heart of Knebworth Village, which is a close community on the outskirts of Stevenage. About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and enthusiastic Office Administrator with excellent communication skills to join a friendly and dedicated team of staff who are supportive of each other and face each day with a sense of humour.
The ideal candidate will make a significant contribution to the school and will ensure that, as the first point of contact, all visitors, parents, staff and pupils that come into contact with the school office, have a warm, welcoming, professional and positive experience.
The work is wide and varied - no day in school is ever the same! We would like someone who is calm, organised and approachable and who has a positive attitude for this front-facing role. Furthermore, a candidate with school experience, who can quickly learn new skills and confidently take initiative in a busy setting with daily challenges is preferable.
