Position Summary
We're hiring for a Mobile Security Officer to support our night patrol operations throughout Cambridgeshire. The role involves visiting multiple sites during the night shift to ensure properties are secure, alarms are responded to promptly, and security officers on duty are safe and supported.

Working Hours
* Regular night shift pattern: 6 shifts on, 3 off
* Shifts will either run from 18:30–06:30 or 19:00–07:00 depending on route
* Average of 48 to 72 hours per week
Role Responsibilities
* Securing buildings through lock/unlock procedures
* Carrying out vehicle patrols across client locations
* Attending alarm activations and verifying site conditions
* Putting up signage as needed
* Conducting regular welfare visits to static guarding personnel
What You'll Need to Apply
* Valid SIA Licence (either Security Guarding or Door Supervision)
* A full UK driving licence, ideally manual (automatics accepted); licence must be held for 2 years minimum, with no more than 6 points
* A five-year traceable employment or education history
* Previous experience in a mobile security role is helpful, though full training is given
* Strong observation skills, with a methodical approach to duties
* Dependability, timekeeping, and a professional attitude

* Security experience: at least 1 year
* English language: required
* Licence and certifications: SIA and full UK driving licence (2+ years)
