Role Overview
As a dedicated HR Recruitment Consultant, you will:
 1. Build and maintain relationships with top-tier HR candidates and client organizations
 2. Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and skills matching
 3. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for permanent HR positions
 4. Develop a deep understanding of HR market trends and talent pools
Key Requirements
 5. Minimum 2 years' experience in HR recruitment
 6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 7. Proven track record of successful permanent placements
 8. Strong networker with a proactive approach
 9. Advanced knowledge of HR sector dynamics and role specifications
 10. Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems
 11. Experience of managing both candidates and clients and guidance through the recruitment process

Qualifications
