The Role:
Deliver engaging, personalised tuition sessions (1:1 or small groups)
Support students with a range of additional needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, MLD, and other complex needs
Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning styles and EHCP targets
Build positive, supportive relationships to help students achieve both academically and personally
Work closely with families, schools, and other professionals where required
The Ideal Candidate:
Significant experience working with children or young people with SEN
Strong behaviour management skills
Patient, empathetic, and resilient approach
QTS is desirable but not essential
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Ability to travel within Romford and nearby areas
