You will be proactive and self-managing, yet confident in collaborating and communicating with senior management, directors, and partners to help businesses thrive. You will also identify opportunities to enhance our delivery and expand our services.
This role is within BDO's Financial Model Assurance Services team, providing transactional model assurance and financial modelling services to global sponsors, banks, and financial institutions involved in major infrastructure, energy, and digital projects worldwide.
Project Examples
* Petrochemical plants, LNG trains, water desalination plants, IWPP projects in the Middle East
* Wind and rail projects across the UK and Europe
* Government-sponsored transport projects in the Benelux region
* Digital infrastructure and energy-from-waste projects across the UK
Role Responsibilities
The Director will lead the team, deputise for Partners, and handle planning, quality control, business development, and practice growth initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience managing Financial Model Audits throughout the engagement lifecycle, including commercial management
* Extensive project finance experience, including origination and delivery of financial modelling mandates
* Knowledge of PPP, project finance, infrastructure, and renewables is preferred
* ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent
* Strong commercial management and client relationship skills
* Proven team management and development experience
