As a Supplier Manager, you will manage and monitor supplier risk and performance to meet the requirements of the Barclays Third Party Service Provider Policy and Standards. Your responsibilities include control execution, commercial management, relationship, and risk management.

Purpose of the Role
Manage and monitor supplier risk and performance to meet Barclays' standards through control execution, commercial management, relationship, and risk management.
Accountabilities
* Manage and execute supplier control processes, oversee supplier performance, and monitor KPIs to ensure expectations are met.
* Collaborate with stakeholder groups to produce deliverables that meet procurement needs, policies, standards, and mitigate risks.
* Identify suitable suppliers through market research, capabilities analysis, and contract negotiation.
* Stay updated on industry trends related to supplier management by attending conferences and training.
* Monitor suppliers’ control operations to meet standards and contractual obligations, including quality, risk mitigation, and commercial activities.
* Support regulatory requests, exams, and ongoing activities in collaboration with regulatory teams.
