You'll get involved in a wide range of finance duties - everything from processing invoices and handling supplier queries to inbox management and reconciliations. The business are looking to move quickly, so ideally you'll be available immediately or on a one-week notice. Key Responsibilities: Processing purchase invoices and ensuring accurate data entry into the system Reconciling supplier statements and investigating any discrepancies Monitoring and responding to emails in the shared finance inbox Answering incoming phone calls and helping resolve finance-related queries Liaising with suppliers to chase missing invoices or clarify payment issues Supporting with weekly payment runs and preparing remittance advice Assisting with month-end reconciliation tasks and general ledger updates Providing ad hoc administrative support to the wider finance teamCandidate Attributes and Skills: Some existing finance experience (even 2-3 months is enough!)
