Location: Tunbridge Well, TN2 5FE
Salary: £36,899 per annum
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, 7am - 3:30pm
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and oversee all food preparation to the highest standard, ensuring all food is freshly made on site
Work as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment, focused on great food and excellent customer service
Manage a café and coffee bar operation, including hospitality service (breakfast, lunch, deli offer, soup and salad bar) with approx. 400 transactions per day
Ensure food is produced in a timely manner to support smooth and efficient service
Manage stock and ensure all ingredients are available in line with menu requirements
Plan and develop menus in line with client and customer expectations
Bring creativity to menu planning, engaging with both clients and customers where appropriate
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene at all times
Take overall responsibility for managing and leading the kitchen team
Provide regular feedback, support and coaching to team members
Ensure all team members are up to date with COSHH and Food Hygiene training
