<div><p>Finance Assistant</p><p>Location: Outskirts of Eastleigh on-site</p><p>Salary: Up to £27,000pa (dependent on experience)</p><p>Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM</p><p>Our client, an award-winning leader in their industry, is expanding their operations and seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that values individuals and has a supportive and friendly work environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Monitor email accounts and respond to queries.</li><li>Prepare, load, and dispatch accurate sales invoices.</li><li>Process credit card payments with precision and efficiency.</li><li>Liaison with internal departments.</li><li>Maintain and update email contact lists and product price lists.</li><li>Ensure accurate courier shipment matching and documentation.</li><li>Printing of Purchase Ledger.</li><li>Proactively manage debt collection and payment chasing.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum Level 2 AAT qualification.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Sage accounting software.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.</li><li>Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.</li><li>A proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>1 years + experience in a similar role is advantageous.</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Please note that due to the offices location, you will require your own transport.</p><p>This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a thriving finance team in a supportive environment.</p><p>If this role is of interest to you and you have the necessary skills and experience please don’t hesitate to APPLY.</p></div>
