The Company: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
We are a specialist Rec2Rec agency, working with top boutique recruitment firms within professional services. Our director has been in the industry for over 20 years and has built an incredible network of clients, allowing us to have placed with over 500 firms.
Our market is going crazy at the moment, so we need some ambitious individuals to take on our workload.
You can progress incredibly quickly, with our Top Biller becoming a manager within 3 years.
We have a strong tight-knit culture and are looking for someone who wants to build a strong career and make progress within the company.

* 40% commission structure with no threshold

The Role: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* 180/270 recruitment – you will do some business development when needed but generally you will working the candidates and taking them through the process.
* Advertising, networking, headhunting and cold calling to source new candidates
* Screen candidates and get to know them
* Set up interviews with clients and consult them
* Prep candidates for successful interviews
* Receive offers for your candidates and make a placement
* Earn your commission
Who We Want: Trainee Recruitment Consultant
* 2:1 or above from a good university
* Commercial or sales experience preferred
* Evidence of a good work ethic
* Financially motivated – will push yourself for commission
* Articulate – able to build strong rapport with clients
* High energy – will bring a good vibe to the office
