Develop and implement smart manufacturing strategies to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement using data-driven methodologies.
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate IoT solutions and data analytics into manufacturing operations.
Utilize machine learning and AI to enhance process controls and predictive maintenance strategies.
Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for new manufacturing technologies.
Train and support manufacturing staff on new technologies and processes.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all manufacturing operations.
Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and technologies.
Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for management on performance and improvement initiatives.
Act as retrofit coordinator for business and drive adoption of MT DBS tools (SAP/LMES).
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering or a similar role, preferably in a smart manufacturing environment (minimum 5 years).
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with IoT technologies, data analytics, and automation systems.
Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools.
