About the School
Rose Hill Primary School is a large, inclusive primary serving the Marple community. Our school features a 2.5 form entry, nursery, and well-resourced provision, with a strong SEND program supported by comprehensive tools and support for leadership in SEND.
Our Opportunity
Due to an internal promotion, we seek an organized, dedicated SEND Coordinator to work alongside our experienced 3-day SENDCo. The role is initially non-teaching, with occasional class cover. We welcome applications from those with the National SENCO Award or committed to achieving it, and from teachers passionate about high-quality SEND and inclusive education.
Candidate Profile
* Experienced teacher with exemplary classroom practice and coaching skills
* Experience in SEND and inclusion, with strong knowledge of SEND Code of Practice
* Proven impact on pupil progress through needs identification
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire teams
* Innovative with a passion for inclusive education and strategic SEND leadership
* Committed to school ethos and a proactive Senior Leadership Team member
