About the service We currently have 6 adult service users residing at swan court 5 males and 1 female, Swan Court is a residential service focusing on Learning Disabilities, Autism and behaviours that may eb described as challenging,the people we support are nonverbal and require full support with day to day living skills and promoting independence, we all here work as team to meet the needs of each individual based on a person centred approach.
