Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Home Care Manager, located in Micklefield. The Deputy Home Care Manager will assist in managing day-to-day home care operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care. Responsibilities include supervising team members, conducting care assessments, maintaining compliance with regulations, and developing individualized care plans. The role also involves engaging with customers, their families, and external professionals to ensure collaborative and effective care delivery. Additionally, the Deputy Home Care Manager will support training, mentoring, and the development of care staff.
Qualifications
Leadership and Team Management skills, with experience supervising and mentoring staff
Knowledge of Care Planning, Customer Relations, and service compliance
Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving abilities
Familiarity with Regulatory Standards and best practices in social care
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers, families, and professionals
Relevant formal qualifications in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) are highly desirable
Proficiency in using care management software and technology is a plus
