ROLE: Legionella Risk Assessor
LOCATION: Middlesbrough (Mobile)

We’re looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor who will deliver high‑quality water hygiene risk assessments across a range of sites, ensuring compliance, accurate reporting, and exceptional client service.
Responsibilities
* Carry out Legionella Risk Assessments manually and electronically across various sites in accordance with BS8580‑1:2019.
* Produce high‑quality reports, including schematic drawings, using a tablet (admin support provided).
* Provide clear and confident technical advice to clients and internal teams.
* Cross‑train in additional competencies such as Pseudomonas assessment, scald risk assessments, and further water hygiene‑related disciplines.
* Support operational tasks as required to meet contractual commitments.
Required Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years\' experience as a Legionella Risk Assessor.
* Demonstrable experience assessing domestic water systems.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Enhanced DBS (preferred; can be arranged if required).
Desirable (training Can Be Provided)
* Experience working within hospitals or healthcare environments (HTM04‑01).
* Experience with process water systems.
* Experience with spa baths in line with HSG 282 guidance.
