Project Coordinator/Administrator

£28,000 to £30,000 per annum, dependant on experience. Benefits: Hybrid Working, Training, 33 Days Holiday, Pension.
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a strong coordinator/administrator background to join a highly reputable company. Our client is a leading services provider to a range of retail stores, banks and cash centres nationwide, and with consistent growth across all markets, they are looking for an additional Project Coordinator to join the team.
Responsibilities
* Support the project delivery team to deliver customer projects, ensuring all information is accurate.
* Create required customer compliance documents and implement the agreed project schedule, allocating jobs to engineers and recording/reporting results back to the customer.
* Develop schedules, plan resources, and prepare documentation, training materials, and RAMS to meet customer requirements.
* Identify potential risks, support asset and progress tracking, and help improve internal efficiencies.
* Coordinate logistics and material requests, acting as the link between senior management, customer project teams, and internal staff.
Working Hours
7am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Hybrid working available once settled into the role.
Qualifications
* Project coordination experience.
* Previous experience in a coordinator role dealing with field engineers (advantageous).
* IT Literate (MS Word, Excel).
