The Role: This is a key role within the business, supporting the brand's ambitious growth strategy by driving performance through effective stock management, strategic planning, and in-depth trading analysis. Reporting into the Merchandise Manager, you'll work closely with Buying, Planning, E-commerce and Retail teams to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end merchandising process for your category Analyse sales data and trends to inform stock decisions and future buys Work closely with Buyers to build commercial and trend-led ranges Monitor and manage stock levels to optimise availability and minimise markdown Conduct weekly and seasonal trading reviews, proposing actions to maximise sales Support international growth through tailored assortment and allocation strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, E-commerce and Retail teams Provide clear and insightful reporting to inform strategic decisions About You: Previous experience in a merchandising role within fashion retail Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen Excellent Excel and data interpretation skills Proactive, organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment A strong communicator with the confidence to influence at all levels Passionate about fashion, trends, and delivering exceptional customer experience Why Join?
