A Litigation Legal Secretary is required for a top Legal 500 law firm in the West End, on a full time basis.
This is an office based role and you are required to have at least 1 years experience working as a Litigation Legal Secretary, but no more than 4 years experience.
Key Responsibilities for this Litigation Legal Secretary Vacancy:
* Supporting the Litigation fee earners with administrative tasks
* File management
* Diary management
* Audio and copy typing
* Preparing forms or documents for court
* Arranging appointments
* Opening and closing files
* Liaising with clients and other professionals
* Data processing and management
Requirements of the Litigation Legal Secretary:
* Good IT skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and case management systems
* Knowledge of legal terminology/document formats (training can be provided)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional, discreet, and client-focused
