Studio Assistant (Fashion House) / Warehouse Operations Assistant
The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity to work as a Studio Assistant / Fashion Warehouse Operation Assistant for this leading global fashion company based in Central/East London. It’s a truly brilliant opportunity to get that first “foot-in-the-door” so if you have a fashion degree, want to work hard and climb the ladder over time, then this is the role for you.
The Role
* Assist in loading and unloading vans with pallets and boxes
* Receive stock into systems
* Send stock back to fulfilment centres once product has been imaged
* Palletising stock to and from fulfilment centres
* Unboxing and preparation of products for shooting
* Repacking items after production to get them sent back to fulfilment centres
* Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols
* Maintain an organised and clean working are
* Assist with basic troubleshooting of product issues
* Document any missing, damaged, or malfunctioning items
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
* Provide administrative support for the studio operations team as required
The Person
* Experience in a studio inbound, outbound, prepping, repacking or production house environment (ideally)
* Familiarity with inventory management systems (ideally)
* Familiarity with Excel, Word etc

* Working: Onsite, Studio-based
* Contract: Freelance / Temporary
* Length of project(s): Ongoing – varying number of days per week
* Daily rate: circa £140 (inclusive of holiday pay)
