The Role
Based on-site at our Wylwen Garden City office, you'll take full responsibility for managing and optimizing our global logistics operations. From coordinating stock across multiple international warehouses to ensuring smooth distribution networks, you'll be the driving force behind getting our sugar-free chocolates, cookies, and sweets to customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee logistics operations across Europe, the UK, and the USA
Manage warehouse performance, distribution networks, and transportation partners
Implement cost-efficient strategies while maintaining exceptional service quality
Ensure compliance with international food industry standards and shipping regulations
Develop and mentor the logistics team to meet company growth targets
Use forecasting and data-driven analysis to optimize inventory and demand planning
Lead logistics support for new market entries and global expansion projects
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Logistics or Supply Chain Manager, ideally within FMCG or food/beverage
Strong understanding of international logistics and multi-region warehousing
Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency with ERP systems and logistics software
Analytical, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
A hands-on manager who thrives in a fast-paced, global growth environment
