This is a senior appointment, ideal for a Quantity Surveyor looking to step up or an Associate already leading projects and teams. My client has a proven track record of delivering projects across a wide range of sectors from commercial and high end residential through to industrial units, schools, colleges, universities and healthcare. The Role As Associate Director (QS), you will: Lead a portfolio of construction projects across the South East, from feasibility through to final account. Operate with a high degree of independence, while overseeing and mentoring a small team of surveyors.
