We are seeking a dedicated History Teacher to work in one of our secondary schools in Crosby who can bring the past to life and empower students aged 11-16 to think critically about the world around them. Key Duties: Teach History lessons to students aged 11-16 following the school curriculum. Create interesting and clear lessons that help students learn and enjoy History. Check and record student progress, giving feedback to help them improve. Plan lessons and activities that encourage students to think and ask questions. Keep the classroom a positive and respectful place for learning. Talk to parents about their child's progress when needed. Support extra activities like history clubs or school trips when possible.All candidates will be required to undergo child protection and UK eligibility checks, and be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
