Main duties of the job
About the role:
You will play a crucial role in supporting our Nurse in Charge, being an active role model to junior staff and delegating responsibilities effectively.
Your responsibilities include aiding patients in their daily activities, promoting independence, and providing emotional assistance.
You will be expected to formulate our residents' care documentation as well as implementing and evaluating continuously.

Summary:
Salary: £13.00 per hour
