SAAF Education are hiring! We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Leeds office on a full-time basis. This position plays a key role in maintaining SAAF's reputation for delivering reliable and quality school staff, whilst also ensuring the candidate is fully vetted to high compliance standards as per agency regulations. As a new Recruitment Consultant, you will be supported through an induction and training period which will focus on allowing you to learn the skills and knowledge that will become an essential part of your role within the team. The role: This is a 360 role where you will ensure a healthy candidate pipeline alongside building relationships with schools across the west Yorkshire region. This will include: 07:30-16:30 daily and 08:0-13:00 / 09:00-14:00 school holidays Visiting clients to discuss supply Sending Mailers to clients and candidates Focused Business Development to cold and warm leads Candidate sourcing Registering/Interviewing Candidates Collation of timesheets for payroll team Rate agreements Ensuring all records are up to date and correct. What we need from you: A key part of your success in the Recruitment Consultant role will be your: Ability to grow your desk via targeted BD Working to KPI Targets Best Practice Processes High level of attention to detail Good organisational and time management skills Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and clients Full, UK driving licence Experience of sales, recruitment, the education sector would be advantageous, but more important to us is an aptitude to learn and a "can do" frame of mind.
