Complex Needs LSA
Are you passionate about supporting students with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated Complex Needs LSA to join our secondary schools in Felixstowe, starting immediately. This rewarding full-time role is ideal for someone with the skills and compassion to work closely with students requiring tailored support in their educational journey.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex learning needs.
* Assist teaching staff in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.
* Implement strategies to promote independence and confidence among students.
* Support students with personal care where necessary, ensuring dignity and respect.
* Contribute to the development and review of individual education plans (IEPs).
