\nAs the firm enters an exciting phase of expansion under the leadership of a highly experienced Head of Department, you’ll be working alongside a friendly and collaborative team of 8, supporting on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters.

\nThe Role:
\nYou’ll work closely with experienced conveyancers and fee earners, providing essential support throughout the lifecycle of residential property transactions. Duties will include:
\nLiaising with clients and third parties in a professional and timely manner
\nPreparing and managing legal documents and correspondence
\nKeeping the case management system and records up to date
\nCompiling completion packs
\nHandling completions with minimal supervision

\nAbout You:
\nMinimum 1 year of experience in a conveyancing or property department
\nStrong organisational skills and a proactive approach
