🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
As our new PPC Manager, you’ll take the reins on paid search and paid social campaigns that actually move the needle. You’ll strategize, execute, optimise, and high-five your way through:
* 📈 Planning and managing Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads campaigns (bonus points for Meta or Bing experience – yes, Bing still exists)
* 🔍 Conducting keyword research that uncovers golden nuggets, not fool’s gold
* 📊 Analysing campaign performance like a hawk on Red Bull – spotting trends, solving mysteries, and driving ROI
* ✍️ Crafting ad copy that gets clicked, not ignored
* 🤝 Collaborating with creatives, strategists, and account managers to keep things on-brand and on-point
* 📚 Staying curious, testing new approaches, and embracing your inner data nerd
🙌 What We’re Looking For
You might be our PPC soulmate if you’ve got:
* 2+ years of hands-on PPC experience (ideally in an agency or B2B environment)
* A solid grip on Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (Not Essential)
* A strategic mindset with an eye for the details
* Confidence to work autonomously, but also share memes on Slack
* Experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and conversion tracking (no pressure, but we like things tidy)
