Senior Product Manager

We’re working with a high growth fintech business building a customer facing payments product used at scale. Following a candidate withdrawal at final stage, they’re looking to move quickly on a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of a key product area.
This is a role for someone who wants real ownership. You’ll be responsible for shaping product direction, working closely with engineering, and balancing customer experience with the realities of operating in a regulated environment.
The role
* Own a core product area end to end
* Define and drive product strategy and roadmap
* Work closely with engineers on systems, flows and trade offs
* Deliver improvements to customer journeys and product performance
* Balance UX, operational constraints and regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, compliance and operations
What they’re looking for
* 4+ years’ experience as a Product Manager, operating at Senior level
* Experience owning a customer facing product or feature set
* Strong collaboration with engineering teams
* Experience working on mobile, platform or API driven products
* Ability to think in outcomes, not just delivery
* Background in financial services, fintech or payments
* Proactive, self starting mindset
