My client is recruiting for an Assistant Estimator to join their Pre-Construction team, with a clear succession plan in place for you to progress into an established Estimator.
The Company

The opportunity to work on frameworks within the retail sector for both new build and refurbishment up to £5million.
The Role
The successful candidate will work with the estimating team on cost plans, preparing tender documentation and pricing submissions on client frameworks.
You will liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontracts whilst building and maintaining long-term relationships. Attend site visits across East Anglia, Southeast, and Midlands.
Experience
2+ years experience in an estimating based role
1+ years experience within the retail fit out/ refurbishment industry
Experience or knowledge of causeway would be advantageous
