Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Officer to join our Jersey based Private Wealth team. In this role, you will leverage your strong trust administration skills, industry knowledge, and ability to work under pressure to support your clients and contribute to your team's success.
What you'll do
* Perform a wide variety of Trust administration tasks accurately and in a timely manner for the Company's international client base
* Provide high-quality internal and external client service, ensuring accurate and timely financial administration
* Support the Senior Management Team with day-to-day administration of private client portfolios, adhering to Company policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements, reporting any risk issues or suspicious transactions promptly
* Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies, providing constructive feedback on client administration matters.

Qualifications
* ICSA or STEP Diploma qualified or other relevant professional qualification
* Evidence of Continued Professional Development
* Knowledge of the Finance Industry in Jersey
* Excellent Trust administration skills
* Understanding of Fiduciary duties and responsibilities.
