The post holder will be responsible for the operational delivery of Diagnostic, Endoscopy, Day Case Theatre, and Outpatient services, with direct line management of the Operations Manager, Imaging Lead and Administrative functions. The role will work in close collaboration with the Senior and Executive Team, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of the Clinic's business strategy
Main duties of the job
* Lead operational planning and delivery across multiple service lines
* Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to enhance patient pathways
* Manage budgets, resources, and workforce planning effectively
* Ensure compliance with NHS standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks
* Drive innovation and transformation initiatives aligned with NHS priorities
* Monitor KPIs and implement continuous improvement strategies
