Job Title Consumer strategy and planning manager Job Description Within the Personal Health categories, responsibility for the E2E Marketing planning process and the delivery of the Regional Marketing Activation Plan, ensuring that our brand positioning, marketing objective, consumer insight and concept/value proposition, eco system vision are clear, consistent and distinctive. Ensuring that our content is delivering on our consumer ecosystem vision Acts as a change agent in embedding consumer insights and understanding into all our marketing plans and activities. Supporting RBUL on (annual) Advertising and Promotion budget allocation. Your role: Leads the Marketing Planning Process (Where to Play, How to Win, Make it Happen) for the allocated category. Delivers Regional Marketing Activation Plan (RMAP). Creates media brief and framework for zones. Delivers regionalized toolkit, content and messaging for key SoB’s in line with RMAP to make eco system vision come alive. Gives AOP / annual A&P allocation recommendations to RBULs by BU x Zone. Maintains visibility of high level performance across full WE SoB x zone combinations for the relevant category You're the right fit if: Strong and broad marketing experience, prior experience in the region is a must, preferably 5-10 years of marketing experience. Market experience - you must have experience in this market, preferably in the zone or Europe region; Ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders; Experience working with content and tailoring content to the need of business; Strong analytical capability.
