2D/3D Autocad Engineer- Manchester Job description: With consistent growth, our client has created an exciting opportunity for a Autocad Engineerto join their growing design team based in SouthManchester Role & Responsibilities: Generating detailed 2D/3D general arrangement and fabrication drawings from quotations using the companys build specification and components data sheets Creating detailed raw material and parts list using Microsoft Excel Ensuring project traceability is maintained via drawing registers, customer approval records and parts/servicing list. Working on multiple projects at one time. Working closely with suppliers and fabricators. Knowledge and Skills Required: The ideal candidate will require the following skills and experience. Experience of design in a similar industry or structural engineering. Knowledge of AutoCAD 2D/3D (Primary software). Knowledge of design, engineering and AutoCAD standards. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Specifically Microsoft Excel. Clean driving licence (some points acceptable) Hands-on experience and knowledge of manufacture process is advantage
