Who we are looking for A Maintenance Engineer specialising in plumbing and heating to manage and maintain these services and systems on our sites within the property portfolio. You will be an experienced Maintenance Engineer working in our varied commercial and residential properties, working as part of a small team within the Facilities and Services function. You will be familiar with creating and completing all required maintenance documentation and updates on our electronic systems. This will include creating written job plans and technical reports. Successful applicant will be required to support the department's on-call rota. This would include any pre-planned works and responding to equipment issues. Therefore, application of good fault finding and communication skills are essential. Preferred skills and experience NVQ or City and Guilds certification in a relevant category.
