The successful post-holder will lead, coordinate and deliver the preparation, review and implementation of the Local Development Plan in line with the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act and all associated regulations. This strategic role also oversees planning performance management, championing continuous improvement, ensuring statutory compliance, and guiding the effective monitoring and reporting of planning service performance.
