This is a great opportunity for a mid-weight/ senior team to make real impact - shaping creative output, contributing to pitches, and helping drive the agency forward.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop standout creative concepts across brand, digital and social
* Work as a team to deliver integrated campaigns
* Contribute to new business pitches and present ideas confidently
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to elevate creative output
* Build strong client relationships and present work effectively
* Support expansion into new sectors
* Stay up to date with creative, cultural and AI trends
Skills & Experience
* Experience working as an Art Director & Copywriter team (or open to pairing)
* Experience within financial services industry, agency experience must
* Strong portfolio showcasing big ideas and execution
* Confident presenters with strong storytelling skills
* Comfortable in a hands‑on, fast‑paced agency environment
* Ability to take work from concept through to delivery
