Both behind the scenes within the warehouses and across the front end of the customer experience which means we now have an opportunity for a People Systems Process Analyst - 12 Month FTC to join the team. In this role you’ll define, document, assess, and scrutinise the business processes within Ocado Logistics for the purpose of meeting the business needs of our workforce systems (Oracle, UKG, Staffbase, others). You’ll develop solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivity. Ensure systems and processes are aligned with the business objectives of multiple stakeholders. You will - Review and redesign processes within the Planning, People, Payroll and Operations teams to align with our workforce systems and work with the implementation teams to configure the systems accordingly - Produce process documentation and training materials to support the effective implementation of new systems and processes. - Develop strong operational knowledge of systems and processes in Ocado Logistics and become a Subject Matter Expert in the workforce systems, supporting others with this knowledge. - Identify and escalate any blockers or issues that may arise during the implementation process, providing ideas for solutions where appropriate. - Execute clear testing, launch and knowledge-sharing plans to support the successful adoption of the workforce systems. - Own and maintain excellent team relationships with all internal and external stakeholders - Promote and encourage the effective use of departmental systems and processes.
