Summary
We are looking for a highly capable Head of Operations to work directly with the CEO of a fast growing consumer supplement brand on a focused six month engagement.
This is a fractional, in person role based in London or Bristol, three days per week. You will operate as a true extension of the CEO, bringing structure, pace and clarity to a business scaling quickly.
This is not a strategic or advisory role. This is a hands on execution role for someone who gets things done.
Scope of Role
You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks across the business and personally driving solutions through to completion. This role requires someone who does not rely on large teams or layers of support, but is comfortable rolling up their sleeves and executing independently.
A core focus will be improving how data and information is structured, accessed and managed across the business. You will bring clarity and consistency to internal systems, ensuring teams can operate efficiently with clear visibility.
You will work across internal stakeholders and external partners to assess current operational infrastructure, identify gaps and implement improvements that support stability and scale.
You will support across digital and ecommerce infrastructure, including resolving website issues, improving performance and helping manage the build and rollout of a new website.
More broadly, you will prioritise effectively, remove friction and ensure projects are delivered at pace with clear accountability and follow through.
Profile
We are looking for someone who has operated in a senior operations, strategy or transformation role within a high growth environment. You would have either an FMCG, Beauty Industry or a Consumer brand background.
You must be highly detail orientated, commercially sharp and comfortable operating at pace. You should be equally comfortable thinking at a high level and executing the work yourself.
This role requires a doer. Someone who takes ownership, works independently and delivers outcomes without the need for constant direction.
A minimum of ten years of experience is required, with a clear track record of personally executing and delivering operational improvements in fast-moving businesses.
Engagement
This is a six month, high impact fractional engagement, expected to be approximately three days per week, with potential to extend for the right individual.
Given the nature of the role and level of access, the successful candidate will be required to agree to a clear non-compete within the category for the duration of the engagement and for a period of 2 years post.
