Job Description
3. Manage and optimise HR systems (Oracle) to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
4. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify system improvements and implement solutions.
5. Ensure HR systems comply with data protection regulations and best practices.
6. Manage a Team of 5+
7. Oversee system upgrades, testing, and deployment while minimising disruption to operations.
8. Provide technical support and training to HR staff on system functionality and usage.
9. Generate reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making within the HR department.
10. Coordinate with external vendors and stakeholders to maintain service quality.
11. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Systems Manager should have:
12. A strong background in HR technology and systems management within the professional services industry.
13. Be an SME in HRIS Systems
14. Proficiency in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing HRIS platforms.
15. Knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.
16. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
17. Experience in managing vendor relationships and system upgrades.
