Overview
Commercial Manager position at TipTopJob, High Wycombe, United Kingdom. The role is to lead and implement the procurement strategy across the group, deliver a value-for-money service to clients, and support growth in a public sector/customer-service oriented environment. The role is based in High Wycombe and requires office working twice a week.
Responsibilities
* Lead and implement the procurement strategy across the group.
* Oversee all customer projects, contracts, and the tendering process.
* Negotiate extensions and manage procurement activities.
* Lead a small team and collaborate with the Procurement and Contracts team.
* Work with new and existing clients to deliver value for money.
Qualifications/Experience
* Experience in Public Sector or Customer Service industries.
* Expert at leading procurement projects and managing the tender process.
* Experience overseeing communal and corporate contracts including extensions.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with clients.
* Excellent financial acumen and track record driving savings.
* Up to date with procurement legislation and financial regulations.
* Line management skills and ability to lead a small team.
* Member of CIPS or interest in becoming one (preferred).
* Confident IT and communication skills.

* Salary: GBP 55,000 - GBP 65,000.
