This opportunity would suit an experienced BIM Manager, Digital Design Lead, or Senior BIM Coordinator with a strong background in complex architectural or multidisciplinary projects and proven experience using Bentley software. Hybrid working is available. Duties: Lead the implementation and management of BIM workflows and protocols across major UK and international projects. Coordinate with project teams and external consultants to ensure model accuracy, clash detection, and data integrity. Oversee the setup and development of Bentley BIM models and CDE platforms. Organise and lead project meetings focused on digital delivery and standards. Contribute to strategic digital innovation and align with business goals. Requirements: Strong experience using Bentley AECOsim/OpenBuildings Designer and ProjectWise. A background in architecture, engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Confident in leading digital delivery for complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Comfortable representing the practice in client meetings and technical discussions.
