We are recruiting experienced Chefs to join a busy aviation catering unit supporting airline meal production. This is a high-volume kitchen environment where consistency, quality, and compliance are key.
Key Responsibilities
* Preparing meals in line with airline specifications
* Working in a high-volume production kitchen
* Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
* Ensuring strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations
* Supporting kitchen operations and meeting production targets
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
* Team player with good communication skills
* Must xsngvjr be able to pass aviation security checks (5-year referencing & RTW)
