This would be to support a Female with EUPD (Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder) and complex PTSD. Female Support workers only:This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruitFemalesdue to the nature of the role. Shift time: Our Client receives 2:1 support, 1 day a week - 6hr day shift £16.50 per hour holiday pay pension! You will need: Excellent communication skills Fluent English Driver preferred With the ability to show empathy and a consistent approach A good understanding and knowledge about Brain Injury Full working rights (We do not offer sponsorship) Your role would include: Accessing the community Supporting with helping our client to plan her day and interact meaningfully in the world around her.
