Scale up - Beverages / Hospitality Brand
£75,000 - £80,000 + 10% bonus & benefits
West London offices - hybrid 3 days pw / 2 remote

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare timely monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis) in GBP and EUR.
* Manage month-end close and group financial consolidation, including cost control and promotional spend.
* Oversee year-end accounts, statutory filings, and external audits in compliance with UK GAAP.
* Supervise accounts payable/receivable, credit control, and intercompany transactions.
* Monitor cash flow forecasts, approve forex and payments.
* Strengthen internal controls and maintain finance systems (Xero).
* Ensure VAT filings compliance with HMRC and regulatory bodies.
* Coordinate payroll processing with external providers.
* Support operational finance activities, including demand planning and inventory management.
* Lead and develop the finance team and manage external service providers.
* Ensure adherence to legal, tax, and regulatory requirements.
Experience & Skills
* Financial control or senior accounting background
* Chartered accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Skilled with finance systems
* Business-focused, strong communicator, adaptable
* FMCG / Hospitality Background Advantageous
