Territory Account Manager Package: Competitive + OTE
Our client is a premier digital transformation consultancy and the leading European reseller of Siemens PLM software. With a team of over 500 professionals, they provide a holistic approach to the manufacturing and engineering sectors, ranging from management consulting to unique low-code solutions. They are currently seeking several driven sales professionals to join their successful team and manage territories nationwide.

The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the presence of a "best in class" Siemens software portfolio (including NX, CAE, CAM, Teamcenter, Polarion, and Mendix). This position involves a blend of strategic account management and "hunting" for new business opportunities within the engineering and manufacturing sectors.

Developing, progressing, and closing new business across software, maintenance, training, and consultancy services.
Managing ongoing business relationships and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
Formulating territory and account plans while accurately forecasting the sales pipeline.
Engaging with senior management and stakeholders at an executive level.

Our client is looking for a proactive, confident individual with a proven track record in technical sales.
Experience: Proven ability in new business and selling technically complex solutions.
Strong business and financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to devise effective sales strategies.
Travel: Flexibility to travel and stay overnight as required; a full UK driving licence is essential.

Compensation: Competitive salary plus OTE.
